1:1 Somatic Trauma-Aware Coaching & Brainspotting
Our one to one work supports neurodivergent adults through a trauma-aware, nervous system led approach. We combine coaching with somatic methods, including Brainspotting, to gently work with overwhelm, shutdown and trauma held in the body, always at a pace that supports safety and capacity.
1:1 Somatic Trauma-Informed coaching for neurodivergent adults
Coaching that works with your nervous system, not against it.
Sessions are shaped around your nervous system, your capacity and what support actually looks like for you.
We work collaboratively and at a pace your system can tolerate. That means slowing things down when needed, checking in often and following what feels most supportive in the moment rather than pushing for insight or progress.
Together, we may work with:
- Brainspotting – supporting trauma and overwhelm held in the body
- Parts work (IFS-informed) – meeting protective parts with curiosity and compassion
- Nervous system regulation tools – gentle, adaptive, and shame-free
- Identity exploration – for late-identified, self-identifying, questioning, or diagnosed neurodivergence (including ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and more)
- Unravelling survival patterns – burnout, fawning, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and shutdown
You don’t need to come with a clear goal or know where to start. We work with what’s present, building safety, capacity and choice over time.
What coaching can support you with
This work may be supportive if you:
- Feel overwhelmed, shut down, anxious or stuck in survival mode
- Experience cycles of burnout, masking and exhaustion
- Struggle with emotional regulation or shutdown
- Feel disconnected from yourself or unsure who you are underneath the constant coping
- Have tried therapy or coaching before
- Want support that adapts to you, rather than asking you to adapt again
This work isn’t about fixing you or making you “function better” at the expense of your wellbeing. It’s about understanding what your nervous system has learned to do and creating more options over time.
Brainspotting
Sometimes talking isn’t enough.
Brainspotting is a body based approach that supports the nervous system to process overwhelm, trauma, and stuck survival responses. It can be used within a coaching journey or accessed as a standalone support, depending on what you’re looking for.
Some people come to Brainspotting because they feel stuck, shut down or overwhelmed and want to work more directly with the body. Others use it alongside coaching to support deeper nervous system change over time.
Brainspotting can be particularly supportive for neurodivergent people who find traditional talking approaches overwhelming, inaccessible or limited.
You don’t need to decide in advance. We’ll talk it through together and work out what feels like the best starting point.
What you can expect from sessions
- A compassionate, non-judgemental space
- Sessions that move at a pace your nervous system can tolerate
- Practical tools you can use between sessions
- Clear communication, consent and choice throughout
- Support that honours your capacity on any given day
Sessions are held online and frequency and focus are flexible and shaped collaboratively.
This is not therapy in the medical sense. It’s compassionate, trauma-aware coaching with a strong nervous system and neurodiversity lens.
