Who we are
We’re a team of experienced, trauma-aware coaches supporting deeply feeling adults who experience the world more intensely, as well as organisations looking to better support their people.
Our work is neurodiversity affirming. We support neurodivergent adults, including those who are Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, late identified, self identifying or still figuring things out. We understand how often neurodivergence is misunderstood, pathologised or treated as something to fix.
We bridge trauma awareness, nervous system regulation and neurodiversity affirming practice, grounded in an understanding of how trauma and chronic stress shape behaviour and identity.
We offer 1:1 coaching, group spaces, training and trauma-aware education.
Our approach is somatic and practical, shaped by both lived experience and professional practice. We focus on regulation, capacity building and change that feels sustainable, not forced.
Everything moves at a pace that supports safety, not pressure.
Our values
Curiosity. Compassion. Connection.
These aren’t just words – they’re how we do this work.
- Curiosity: Because your system makes sense, even when it feels messy
- Compassion: Because shame has never healed anyone
- Connection: Because no one should have to do this alone
Meet the team
Michelle Dobson
I’m the founder of All That We Are and This Is Me Agency. I’ve always been passionate about helping people overcome barriers and find their unique path in life.
My journey began with This Is Me, supporting individuals with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and other challenges to achieve their employment goals. But along the way, I discovered something even deeper about what it means to truly thrive.
Sally Riches
Sally works gently, relationally and at the pace of your nervous system, helping you unmask with compassion and reconnect with the parts of you that have been holding it all together for far too long.
Dan Luke
Dan helps people figure out why life feels so bloody hard sometimes – getting underneath the surface to find what actually helps. He’s not afraid of the mess; the real, human stuff most people try to hide, because, as he’s learned himself, pretending it’s fine only keeps you stuck.
Suzanne Ashurst
Suzanne offers calm presence and grounded insight. She brings steadiness and understanding to the places that feel chaotic.
Together, we offer support that’s spacious, attuned and entirely human.
